BAPPCO answers every call for me. It gets the details, handles the usual questions, and works out whether it’s an actual emergency. If it is, the call comes straight through to my mobile. If not, it books the job in properly so I can deal with it later.
Customers don’t get voicemail, and I don’t get bothered unless I need to be.
